The coastal towns of St. Raphael and Frejus are visible in the distance, from the Living Room balcony, and also glimpses of the azure blue of the Mediterrean Sea. The Esterelle mountain range encloses one side of the valley, and the Southern Alps can be seen in the distance. In winter, the snow-capped peaks of the Alps are visible from the balcony.

The location of the village is perfect for exploring the hinterland and destinations like Grasse, St. Paul de Vance, and Gourdon are easily accessible. During the winter months, the Ski Resorts of Auron, Valberg and Isola are 2.5 hours away by road.

The village of Roquebrune sur Argens sits near, as the name implies, the Argen River. Within a 10 minute walk from the house, one can be in the medieval centre of the village. The village contains a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. Throughout the year there are many festivals and attractions in the Village, and a vibrant local community provides painting, bridge and various other classes for those interested.
