Floor Plans ALL SCHEMES include a floor plan – provided by us from measurements and description.  .
Energy Performance Certificates The EPC (DPE) is a legal obligation for all properties. Let us know if you need local contacts.
Qualified Registered Buyers ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS ARE REGISTERED (It is free for buyers to register) We ask all the important questions to understand the buyer’s requirements and whether they are ready to proceed. Our aim is to bring an end to buyers seeing unsuitable homes and sellers putting up with the merely curious. Enquiries are passed to you so you can deal directly with the prospective buyer for all viewings & negotiations. An English speaking French notaire will oversee the sale in the normal way. We can even help source an English speaking notaire in your area of France.
Pre-booked Viewings ENQUIRIES SENT TO YOU in plenty of time, letting you book viewings in advance with time to prepare for the visit.

Regular Mailings Local Exhibitions WE HAVE A LARGE ACTIVE DATABASE OF POTENTIAL BUYERS that we keep updated with new instructions, price reductions, and information on how to buy in France. In 2018 we will embark on trials of local exhibitions and county shows throughout the south of England. Being based in the UK puts us in a great position to find your UK buyer.
Notaire (Solicitor) ENGLISH SPEAKING NOTAIRES - Once you have found your buyer, negotiated and agreed a price, we can put you in contact with an English speaking notaire to draw up the compromis de vente (sales contract) for a private sale. If you or the buyer wish, we can also provide details of translators. They will be able to accompany you on visits to the notaire and help you from start to finish. Don’t forget, the buyers pays the notaire’s fees.

Great Value                                               Buyers with ARB GET GREAT VALUE. Our fixed advertising fees are paid by the seller, who you view, deal and negotiate with directly. All our sellers are English speaking so no language worries.
Register with us  It costs nothing to register with us and once you are on board, we can answer questions about the process of buying and even and provide extra details we hold from some owners such as map references and street views. That may help you save time by avoiding visits to unsuitable properties or regions.
Pre-booked Viewings Make the most of each visit to France – Viewings confirmed by the owners with directions, map & Sat Nav refs plus local contacts, giving the precise locations of each home, letting you map your journey and maximise your time at each property.
Notaires Once you have found your new home and you have agreed a price with the owner, we can put you in contact with an English speaking notaire to draw up the compromis de vente (sales contract) and oversee the purchase. If you or the seller wish, we can also provide details of translators. They will be able to accompany you on visits to the notaire and help you from start to finish. Remember that it is you as the buyer that pays the notaire fees that will include any purchase tax (stamp duty).

Property Search & Agency Sales As well as sales direct with the vendor, we work with a select number of registered agents and notaires throughout France. This means, we are able to offer stock in all the popular regions. Properties advertised by us in conjunction with the agent, carry a commission included with the advertised sale price. We will let you know the amount prior to arranging a viewing. Can’t Find Your Dream home?  - If your dream home is not listed on our site, then our property search service may be for you. By working with hand picked agencies across France, we have access to hundreds more homes for sale.
